About the role:

You'll be responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and management of the company's cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and technology services. This is a critical leadership role, accountable for the resilience, security, and performance of IT systems, from our retail stores to our corporate offices and cloud platforms. You will lead a talented team of specialists, manage our technology stack, and act as the responsible officer for executing key initiatives that balance robust security with strategic business enablement.

Who you are:

• 7+ years in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management roles with increasing responsibility
• 3+ years in a senior leadership position, managing cybersecurity programs and diverse technical teams
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing enterprise security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS)
• Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps that balance risk reduction with operational excellence
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing technology budgets, developing business cases, and demonstrating ROI for security and infrastructure investments
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and build consensus across diverse groups
• Hands-on experience across a broad technology stack, including enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and security tools (SIEM, endpoint protection)
• Experience in retail or similar fast-paced, customer-facing technology environments is highly desirable
• A strategic thinker who is also execution-oriented, taking ownership of outcomes and driving initiatives to completion
