JOB ADVERTISEMENT – SERVICE TECHNICIAN

An exciting opportunity to join the ArbSupplies team is the ideal career move to work alongside a dedicated team to further develop and grow. You will bring your own experiences and learnings to contribute as a valued member of the team.  ArbSupplies stocks a global range of brands including Husqvarna, Kress, Segway, Reecoil, Silky, Nutri-tech, DMM, Petzl, Notch, Protos and many more.

The focus of this role is on managing and undertaking the pre-delivery, servicing and troubleshooting role within ArbSupplies. The role will include;

  • Receiving and managing incoming inventory for ArbSupplies
  • Undertaking pre-delivery checks of all machinery
  • Undertaking servicing and trouble shooting of the Husqvarna, Kress & Segway
  • Liaising with customers to manage a high level of customer service
  • Providing customer service in a retail environment and assisting with dispatching of orders.

We are looking for someone who possess the following skills

  • Experience with small engines or handheld battery products desirable
  • Good communication and focused on outcome base solutions
  • Is physically fit and able to undertake the requirements of the role
