What you'll be doing

  • Provide prompt and professional handling of calls, webchat, and email enquiries 
  • Working with a customer-centric approach, ensuring all touchpoints contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Being resourceful to find information, navigate systems and business technology.
  • Process documentation, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
  • Achievement of KPIs, contributing to an effective, high-performing team. 

What we're looking for

  • Passionate about customer service. Contact Centre experience is a bonus but not mandatory. Employment support experience is desirable
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Agile and adaptable.
  • Microsoft Office and CRM platforms and willingness to learn.
  • Positive approach to work with a focus on teamwork, collaboration and support.
