Eagle Farm Location, Brisbane

Are you looking for a role where you can take things to the next level? We have an opening in our Customer Service team. With a key focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience that will see the relationships with our customers grow, you will work with a very established base of plumbing merchants who supply a diverse range of products.  If you have had some plumbing industry experience (think valves and pipe fittings), great If not, that's ok we are a diverse bunch here. About the role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager we are looking for a proven and high performing customer service operator. Putting customer experience first will be in your DNA, but you will be driven to ensure you come up with ways to ensure that choosing RWC will not be questioned. This will ultimately be to support the ambitious strategic growth objectives we are aspiring to. The role will be accountable for all aspects of customer service and be required to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will enjoy being innovative and thinking outside the box and be comfortable to respectfully challenge the norm and come up with ways to continuously improve.

What you will need to do:

• Order management and managing email requests
• Preparation of customer quotes
• Promptly responding to inbound customer calls and enquiries
• Address customer queries providing accurate and timely information in a professional manner
• Provide sales team support as needed
• Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
• General administration duties as required
• Ability to work on site - 7.6hr shift between hours of 5am to 5pm (Monday to Friday, fulltime)
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines

About you:

• 2+ years experience in a Customer Service; Sales Support or Administrative role
• You will bring the highest level of personal integrity and ethics
• You will be a great team player
• You will be a quick and adaptable learner
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Be able to work under pressure to achieve outcomes
• Excellent attention to detail with good verbal & written communication skills
• Strong problem solver, ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Have a "Can-do" positive attitude.
• A team player who Is committed to contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
• Experienced with Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel
• SAP experience will be a huge advantage
