The Opportunity.

Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our Field sales team based in Sydney.

You'll play a key role supporting our Retail Bakery and Grocery Sales teams - helping to coordinate communications, track performance, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a great role for someone who's organised, detail-oriented and hungry to learn how a major FMCG business operates day-to-day.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate weekly and monthly promotional communications for the Field Sales team.
  • Support campaign activations with clear, engaging briefs and selling tools.
  • Manage trackers for budgets, planning, and performance.
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights to help drive results.
  • Streamline processes and communication to make the team even more effective.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across varied locations.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using Excel and managing data.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced FMCG business.
  • FMCG or sales support experience is a bonus - but not essential.
