About the RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join a nationally recognised distributor of technical products. Based in Wetherill Park, working as part of a close-knit and collaborative team, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the external sales team, and contributing to revenue growth through quoting, order processing, and upselling. Duties

  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email from trade, commercial, and retail customers
  • Support Sales Representatives with quoting, stock checks, and order processing
  • Provide tailored product advice by staying across new releases and technical training
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through service excellence
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer value
  • Contribute to a team culture where collaboration, shared success, and open communication are key

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in an internal sales, customer service, or trade sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • A commercially savvy approach to identifying and acting on sales opportunities
  • Confidence working with technical products or in a distribution setting
  • Highly organised with a team-oriented, proactive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
