About Us

Norsk.Co is an Australian manufacturer of premium trays, canopies, and service bodies for the 4WD, recreational, and fleet industries. Based in Tamworth, NSW, we work with both individual customers and multi-national companies to deliver high-quality vehicle solutions for commercial and recreational use.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and organised Sales Support Officer to assist our sales team and help streamline our customer and administrative processes. This is a part-time role (2 days per week) with the potential to expand to full-time as the business grows.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Book and confirm appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Update and maintain customer records and opportunities within our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Conduct data entry, quote tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with preparation of sales reports, quotes, and marketing materials.
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required.

About You
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident using computers and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred but not essential).
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Prior experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support is highly regarded.
  • Interest in the automotive, 4WD, or manufacturing industry will be a bonus.
