Join a leading engineering services team providing technical solutions across multiple industries. We're looking for a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to support our office, warehouse, and sales operations.

This hands-on role combines admin, logistics, stock management, and sales support to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including stock management, logistics, and deliveries
  • Provide comprehensive office administration support, including record keeping, order processing, and general operational tasks
  • Assist the sales team with quotes, customer follow-ups, and client liaison
  • Support cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication between warehouse, office, and sales functions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the business

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or office administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Ability to work across a varied role that includes admin, warehouse, and sales support
