  • On Target Earnings (OTE): Potential to earn $60K - $100K based on performance.

Career Ladder:

  • Stage 1: Embark as a Trainee Sales Agent / Sales Agent with earnings of $55K - $60K + Bonus.
  • Stage 2: Evolve into a Sales Trainer, earning $60K - $70K + Bonus.
  • Stage 3: Rise to Team Leader for a $90K - $100K + Bonus package.
  • Stage 4: Achieve Campaign Manager status with earnings of $180K - $300K + Bonus.
