I am currently partnering with a leading organisation within the manufacturing and wholesale of industrial and retail hardware products to recruit a permanent, full-time Sales Order Processor position for their office in Sydney's Inner West.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in roles such as Sales Administration, Data Entry, or Sales Order Processing, particularly those with strong knowledge of CRM systems and SAP.

The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic market leader and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.

Your new role

  • Efficiently process customer orders received via phone, email, and EDI systems
  • Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information on product range, pricing, and delivery times.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers through excellent communication.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong data entry skills and/or experience in sales support
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
  • A confident, pleasant phone manner with a customer-first approach
  • Familiarity with fasteners or industrial supplies (advantageous, though not required)
