The Opportunity?
We are looking for a motivated, friendly Office Services Assistant to join our Business Services Team working in our Headquarters in Parramatta.
This is a varied role which can change day to day on an ad-hoc basis which will require initiative as well as a proactive and friendly approach.
What Are We Looking For?
- Having worked in a similar role in a law firm for at least 2 years, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Reception duties, including answering phones and professionally responding to queries;
- Oversee office supplies, mail, couriers and deliveries across all locations to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including file management, database maintenance, photocopying, scanning and archiving
- Assist with coordinating meetings, maintaining meeting rooms, and supporting company events such as staff celebrations and client functions
- Maintain kitchen and common areas to high standard of cleanliness and organisation
- Act as the firm's designated Fire Warden and First Aid Officer
