Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Parramatta, NSW. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Day-to-day activities include managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and providing general support to our executives and staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the office environment, handling correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a support role within the healthcare or community services sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
