Your new role
Some of your responsibilities within a contact centre environment will include:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Portfolio management
- Customer-focused collection calls to obtain arrangements
- Assessing hardship applications
- Using your negotiation skills to provide solutions to hardship accounts
- Ability to manage high-volume collection cases
Your skills and experience
- Collections/call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong empathy and resilience
- Relationship management skills
- Self / time management skills
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Flexibility and availability for shift work
