OnePoint Education Services is a team of Certified Education Agents and Counsellors dedicated to supporting international students in collaboration with multiple educational institutions both onshore and offshore.

Role Description:

We are seeking three (3) Marketing Officers — one each for China, Indonesia, and Bangladesh — to join our growing team.

This is a contract, hybrid role based in Parramatta, NSW, with flexibility to work partly from home.

The ideal candidates will drive student recruitment, strengthen partnerships, and enhance OnePoint's brand presence within their respective markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities in your assigned region.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and grow OnePoint's regional social media presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support student recruitment and engagement campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational partners and stakeholders.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance and regional trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Native-level fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), or Bengali — depending on your assigned market.
  • Strong market research and sales abilities.
  • Proven marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Prior experience in the education sector or international student recruitment is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree
