Commercial Business Development Manager
, you'll use your industry knowledge and networks to
open doors, build trust, and drive long-term business growth
– backed by a highly skilled technical and operational team.

About the Role

  • Drive new business with
    commercial property managers, strata managers, Tier 2 & 3 builders, developers, and insurance builders
  • Leverage your experience and industry networks
    to create immediate traction
  • Develop and maintain
    long-term client relationships and service contracts
  • Explore and pursue new market opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle
    , supported by technical quoting and customer service teams
  • Provide
    market insights
    to inform national growth strategies

About You

  • Proven
    BDM experience
    in construction, property, facilities, or building services
  • Strong customer relationships (or the ability to build them fast)
  • A self-starter who thrives on
    hunting new business
    and growing accounts
  • Commercially sharp
    with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • A genuine
    team player
    who values collaboration over ego
  • Trusted by both
    external clients and internal colleagues
