Commercial Business Development Manager
, you'll use your industry knowledge and networks to
open doors, build trust, and drive long-term business growth

About the Role
- Drive new business with
commercial property managers, strata managers, Tier 2 & 3 builders, developers, and insurance builders - Leverage your experience and industry networks
to create immediate traction - Develop and maintain
long-term client relationships and service contracts - Explore and pursue new market opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle
, supported by technical quoting and customer service teams - Provide
market insights
to inform national growth strategies
About You
- Proven
BDM experience
in construction, property, facilities, or building services - Strong customer relationships (or the ability to build them fast)
- A self-starter who thrives on
hunting new business
and growing accounts - Commercially sharp
with strong negotiation and closing skills - A genuine
team player
who values collaboration over ego - Trusted by both
external clients and internal colleagues
