The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the national business development strategy — from design to execution. Your mission: drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and securing high-value opportunities that align with the company's long-term vision.

This role offers autonomy, influence and the chance to shape the future of a thriving business in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic national business development plan

  • Identify and secure new revenue streams and profitable partnerships

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with growth objectives

  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reporting

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence and professionalism

  • Ensure all sales activities reflect company values and strategic goals

Ideal Profile

You're a driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B consultative selling — ideally within Aged Care, Hospitality, or aligned industries (e.g. Healthcare). You thrive in fast-paced environments, build trust effortlessly, and consistently deliver results.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams & SharePoint)

  • Willingness to travel across Melbourne, regional Victoria, and occasionally interstate

  • Physical capacity to sit or stand for extended periods as required
