The opportunity

Brice Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bayswater, Victoria. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the sales industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and serv
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential
