The opportunity
Brice Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bayswater, Victoria. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the sales industry.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and serv
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential
