Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be an integral part of the front-of-house team, ensuring quick and efficient service in a high-volume environment. From serving customers at the counter to restocking fridges and maintaining cleanliness, you'll help keep the outlet running smoothly while delivering great experiences to our guests.

Where you'll make an impact
  • Provide friendly and efficient counter service to all customers
  • Assist with preparing, serving, and packing takeaway meals
  • Restock fridges and ensure displays are clean and organised
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including clearing tables
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
  • Support the team during busy service periods
What we're looking for

We're looking for enthusiastic team players with a positive attitude and a commitment to great service. To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with cleaning and food safety practices
  • QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Driver's Licence preferred
