As a Food & Beverage Attendant – Barista, you'll showcase your coffee skills while supporting bakery operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Your Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll balance barista service with bakery duties, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in a high-volume setting.

Where you'll make an impact
  • Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality espresso coffee during peak service
  • Assist with bakery operations including serving goods, prepping displays, and stock control
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards across all areas
  • Provide friendly, fast service while managing POS transactions
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
What we're looking for

You are an experienced barista with bakery or patisserie experience who thrives in a busy service environment. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering quality products and service.

To be successful, you will need:
  • Previous bakery or patisserie experience (Essential)
  • At least 6 months' experience as a barista with confidence under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to assist across multiple areas of the outlet
  • Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
  • Valid Driver's Licence (Essential)
