We are seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join the qualia team and help deliver the flawless, high-quality service that our guests expect. Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at qualia, you will provide exceptional table service and ensure every guest dining experience exceeds expectations. You'll work across both Pebble Beach and Long Pavilion, delivering attentive and professional service in a high-end setting.

  • Provide polished, fine dining service in a luxury resort environment
  • Work confidently across à la carte service, tasting menus, and in-room dining
  • Anticipate guest needs, handling requests and feedback with professionalism
  • Ensure consistency in food and beverage presentation and service standards
  • Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced, premium venue
  • Uphold Hamilton Island's reputation for service excellence
What we're looking for

You are a skilled hospitality professional with experience in fine dining and a passion for delivering refined guest experiences. Calm under pressure and impeccably presented, you take pride in consistency and precision.

To be successful, you will need:
  • Valid QLD RSA (essential)
  • Open Australian Driver Licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in a la carte fine dining or luxury boutique hotel (essential)
  • Experience with tasting menus (advantageous)
  • Ability to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality (advantageous)
