Your Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily service and ensure our high standards are consistently met. Your leadership, wine knowledge, and cocktail expertise will contribute to unforgettable guest experiences.

Where you'll make an impact

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of bartenders and attendants to deliver premium service

• Supervise bar and floor operations, maintaining consistency and excellence across service areas

• Prepare and serve cocktails, premium beverages, and showcase your wine knowledge

• Engage with guests, responding to requests and resolving concerns with professionalism

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and cellar management

• Manage POS operations, including cashiering, refunds, and reporting discrepancies

• Drive revenue opportunities through upselling and service excellence

• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and WHS standards

What we're looking for

You are a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for premium service and proven leadership in high-end venues. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example, motivating your team to deliver unforgettable experiences.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium or hatted restaurant or bar (essential)

• Strong knowledge of cocktails and Australian/international wines

• Experience in high-volume service in a luxury environment

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

• Competency with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

• Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (essential)

• Flexibility with rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• International hospitality experience (desirable)
