Situated within the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club, the award-winning Bommie Restaurant is the island's premier fine dining destination. Showcasing contemporary Australian cuisine, exquisite local produce, and elegant interiors overlooking the Whitsundays, Bommie offers a world-class dining experience that is as memorable as its spectacular location.

We are seeking a professional Food & Beverage Attendant with fine dining or hatted restaurant experience to join our team and deliver exceptional service in this truly unique venue.

Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Bommie, you'll bring professionalism, skill, and warmth to every guest interaction. You'll deliver refined service with confidence and collaborate closely with our kitchen brigade to ensure each dining experience exceeds expectations.

  • Support the restaurant team in maintaining an elevated dining experience

What we're looking for

You are a polished hospitality professional who thrives in fine dining environments and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences. With impeccable presentation and strong communication skills, you're a team player who values excellence in every detail.

To be successful, you will need:
  • Fine dining or hatted restaurant experience (Essential)
  • Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation standards
