We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dedicated team and ensure every dining moment exceeds guest expectations. This hands-on role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong fine dining management skills and resort breakfast experience who thrives in a refined, service-driven environment.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Beach Club restaurant, leading your team to deliver seamless service across breakfast and dinner. Your leadership, attention to detail, and guest focus will uphold the high standards of Hamilton Island's premier resort experience.
Where you'll make an impact- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all service periods
- Coordinate and supervise breakfast and fine dining service operations
- Train, mentor, and support staff to uphold five-star service standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations
- Assist with scheduling, stock management, and service reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, providing attentive, personalised service
You are a confident and professional leader who takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
To be successful, you will need:- Minimum 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fine dining or luxury resort setting, including breakfast service
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation and guest engagement abilities
- Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (essential)
