Busch Vacuum Solutions, a leading player in the industrial vacuum technology industry, is seeking a driven and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing customer relationships, exploring new markets, and developing growth strategies to drive our business forward.

About Us

Busch is one of the largest manufactures of vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors in the world. Our product range comprises solutions for vacuum and overpressure technology in all industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets, growth areas, emerging trends, and potential partnerships.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated sales engineer to effectively present products and services to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools and software to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to remain at the forefront of the industrial market.

Skills and Experience:

  • A degree in Engineering, trade qualification, or equivalent technical background.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience in the industrial market.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work in partnership with a dedicated internal sales engineer.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a good base salary plus commission on sales target, and fully maintained company car, laptop, mobile phone.

Work from home couple of days a week is part of our normal practice for this role, but we expect to spend as much time as possible in front of customers.
