About the Role

An exciting opportunity now exists for a driven Territory Sales Manager to join the NSW team, covering the Western Suburbs of Sydney and surrounds. This role is ideal for someone experienced in selling food and/or beverages into the hospitality sector who wants to take ownership of a dynamic territory while enjoying the flexibility of working from home when not out on the road.

With a clear career path, this position offers the chance to step into a Sales Manager role in time, making it well suited to ambitious sales professionals eager to grow. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of hospitality, wholesale, and retail accounts across Western Sydney
  • Win new business with restaurants, pubs, clubs, delis, and boutique liquor stores
  • Represent and promote a premium portfolio of European products including Italian cheeses, pasta, olive oils, charcuterie, antipasti, and wines
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, venue managers, and retail buyers, ensuring brand visibility and product sell-through
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular sales reporting

About You

  • Proven foodservice or hospitality B2B sales experience (food and/or beverages)
  • Strong track record selling into restaurants, pubs, and clubs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to consistently achieve targets
  • Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's licence and safe driving record
