Our client, a global leader in the medical consumables industry, is looking for a driven and commercially astute Territory Sales Manager (or Area Sales Manager) to manage key relationships and drive business growth across NSW and ACT. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven sales experience in healthcare settings who thrives in a mix of field and remote work.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing an established customer base across a broad territory. The ideal candidate will be confident working with public and private hospitals, aged care facilities, and dental practices, and will be capable of nurturing long-term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts across NSW and ACT
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with distribution partners to support customer needs
- Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Deliver educational product training to end-users
- Maintain detailed records and manage pipeline activity through CRM
- Promote the brand and product portfolio as a trusted market leader
About You:
- B2B sales experience, ideally in medical consumables or healthcare-related industries
- Comfortable working with hospital procurement teams, aged care, and dental clients
- Experience with distributor and channel partner management
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised and capable of managing a dual-state territory
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
What's on Offer:
- Base salary of $100k–$115k + Super
- Car allowance of $19,800 per year
- Commission (capped at $50k per annum)
- Annual company bonus
