Territory Sales Manager

) to manage key relationships and drive business growth across NSW and ACT. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven sales experience in healthcare settings who thrives in a mix of field and remote work.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing an established customer base across a broad territory. The ideal candidate will be confident working with public and private hospitals, aged care facilities, and dental practices, and will be capable of nurturing long-term commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts across NSW and ACT
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to support customer needs
  • Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Deliver educational product training to end-users
  • Maintain detailed records and manage pipeline activity through CRM
  • Promote the brand and product portfolio as a trusted market leader

About You:

  • B2B sales experience, ideally in medical consumables or healthcare-related industries
  • Comfortable working with hospital procurement teams, aged care, and dental clients
  • Experience with distributor and channel partner management
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised and capable of managing a dual-state territory
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven

What's on Offer:

  • Base salary of $90k–$115k + Super
  • Car allowance of $19,800 per year
  • Commission (capped at $50k per annum)
  • Annual company bonus
