About The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a real impact in the trades and construction industry.

In this role, you'll take the lead in crafting compelling content, launching high-performing digital campaigns, and building a strong, engaged community of trade and construction business owners. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement across multiple digital channels.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with our Trades and Construction target audience

  • Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Ontraport, or similar platforms

  • Drive the social media presence of the organisation, including content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution

  • Manage email databases, including segmentation and maintenance

  • Create engaging social media content to grow our online community

  • Manage and schedule organic content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube

  • Develop email marketing campaigns with effective copy and quality CTA's

  • Support contact for PROTRADE United's Strategic Partners, providing content material for events

  • Create visually appealing email and social media templates and graphics using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

  • Effectively promote our online and offline events to SME's in the trade/construction sector

  • Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Are you the right fit?

  • Proven experience in email marketing and social media management, preferably 3 years

  • Business to business marketing experience specifically with SME's

  • Can-do attitude and passion for Marketing

  • Excellent understanding of Email and Social Media Marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Ontraport, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • B2B Event Marketing experience with a proven track record

  • Advanced design skills with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva

  • Desirable - Ontraport CRM experience is a massive plus
