**Job Description**:
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing Operations is responsible for the management and coordination of digital projects to improve student recruitment effectiveness and success across the international student lifecycle. Working with the Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, you will undertake a broad range of tasks that relate to the recruitment of international students including reporting on project progress and strategic recommendations for optimisation. The position is also required to develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders across Griffith International and the wider university community.
**What we can offer**
This is a fixed term, one-year full-time position based at either or Griffith University Gold Coast or Nathan campuses. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 7 range $93,854 - $101,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $109,809 - $118,965 per annum.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for digital marketing and the ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems relevant to Griffith International. The role requires someone who is confident and effective in communicating with stakeholders and holds a strong interpersonal acumen. As the Coordinator for Digital Marketing Operations, you will demonstrate a commitment to building and supporting Griffith’s international and future students through the use of digital technology. You will also have, but not limited to:
- A relevant tertiary degree and subsequent relevant experience in a marketing, recruitment or student engagement role
