Paid Marketing Specialist

The Role

A day in the life of a Paid Marketing Specialist would typically include:

- Planning strategies, developing and implementing search and social media campaigns.
- Source audience data to make informed decisions to optimise results across different platforms.
- Strong management skills and experience juggling multiple priorities.
- Provide solutions and think outside of the box.
- Create compelling copy for campaigns aimed at driving conversions.
- Work autonomously to meet client objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure quality control processes in every project.
- Sharing knowledge, innovations and insights with the team.
- Ability to analyse and manipulate data, extracting insights for reporting.
- Reconciles budgets and executes any changes that may be required.
- Forecasts ad spend and revenue.
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
- Working closely with our team and managing your workload effectively.

The salary ranges from AUD $70,000 to AUD $100,000 (depending on your experience)

About You

Ideally, you will have at least 3+ years’ experience in marketing or a similar role, over which time you will have demonstrated your ability to adapt to different clients’ needs and deliver outstanding results.

You will be able to work independently and use your own initiative to get tasks done whilst still being a team player and having the drive to help others succeed.

You should:

- Love digital marketing.
- Have experience with lead generation and e-commerce clients. (backed by relevant experience)
- Know about performance media, including search, social and display. (Google, Meta, Linkedin, TikTok, and programmatic)
- Know how to set up conversion tracking on GA4 And GTM.
- Experience briefing and collaborating with other teams.
- Demonstrable knowledge of social, search and programmatic management tools.
- Proven experience of exceding campaign objectives.
- Attention to detail.
- Be able to translate digital mumbo-jumbo into plain English for clients
- Have juggling skills - a master of multitasking.
- Have great communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Have a strong moral compass - always do the right thing
- Have empathy and a genuine interest in people and our clients.
- Share honesty as a core value.
- Be someone who always follows through on commitments.
- Be able to work independently as well as under direct supervision.
- Thrive in a team environment (as well as on your own).
- Have the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
