Lead impactful digital campaigns for a growing national finance group

An exciting opportunity presents itself for an experienced and driven digital marketing specialist looking to take ownership of Performance and Paid Search activities at a National financial services group operating for over 25 years.

We are a leading non-bank lender in Australia as rated on Trust Pilot thanks to thousands of reviews from our happy clients.

Currently generating thousands of enquires and leads per month, we are experiencing record growth over multiple businesses within the group and are looking for a digital marketing specialist that can run our paid campaigns and seo activities on top of our third party lead gen sites. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to run the campaigns yourself working closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager, Director and other stakeholders within the group.

Responsibilities and opportunities:

  • Design and execute acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads to attract high quality leads.

  • Create, strategize, and build new campaigns with measurable performance goals.

  • Develop A/B tests to optimise ad performance and landing pages.

  • Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to work on strategies for overall marketing goals and improvement.

  • Analyse campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates and CPA, to identify and put in place optimisations.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to keep at the forefront of acquisition strategies.

  • Meet with our Google and Meta account managers to continue to optimise our accounts.

About you:

  • We need you to have a background working in search engine and paid marketing, or eCommerce environments, with a focus on acquisition.

  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights,

  • Experience with tracking tools, attribution models, SEO, and SEM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools.

  • A creative, data-driven mindset and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.

  • A passionate and creative "thinking outside the box" attitude.
