**About the Role**

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in planning and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives. This is a critical role that supports our international digital marketing efforts, drives campaigns, and contributes to generating online revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute data-driven **digital marketing strategies** with a strong focus on driving **online sales** and increasing **website traffic**:

- Manage end-to-end **eCommerce marketing campaigns**, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and performance ads
- Optimize digital advertising across platforms such as **Google Ads**, **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads**, and **YouTube** to maximise ROI
- Conduct detailed **market and competitor analysis** to inform campaign planning and uncover new sales opportunities
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and website performance using tools like **Google Analytics**, **Meta Ads Manager**, and **SEO tools**:

- Grow and engage our **social media audience** to support brand awareness and traffic goals
- Continuously test and refine strategies to improve **conversion rates** and overall **digital revenue performance**

**Skills & Experience Required**
- **Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience** as a marketing specialist
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in the gaming, simulation, or tech sector is a bonus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
