We are expanding our operations into a Target channel-oriented Fulfillment business, focusing on selected Australian and Korean commodities, utilizing the expertise gained over time.

We are looking for a marketing specialist (Full-time).

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and energetic environment, driving innovative marketing strategies.

**About the Role**
- Identifying market opportunities for new and existing products.
- Identifying trends and potential demand - preparing sales and marketing forecasts.
- Creating newsletter, assisting in website updates and other marketing activities.
- develop and manage the production and distribution of merchandise products.
- Ideating new product and product categories based on inferred demand from audience.
- Marketing Campaigns - Plan and execute a variety of online and offline promotional events, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand values and engage our target clients.
- Develop and execute effective Marketing Campaigns for our core business, overseeing the entire process from planning and scheduling to resource allocation and execution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall content strategy and marketing goals. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Operations - Assist in planning and crafting creative brand promotion content for social media platforms.

**About you**
- Minimum 4 years work experience in a Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist role.
- Experience in software programs, like Adobe CC, CANVA, Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamworking and project/time management skills.

**Salary**: $53,584.27 - $78,193.87 per year
