We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving student recruitment and brand visibility across domestic and international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement targeted advertising placement strategies and integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business and enrolment objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and demographic insights to identify and seize marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop branding concepts, promotional content, graphic designs, and advertising materials.
- Identify and leverage effective marketing and promotional channels, including digital and traditional media platforms, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Provide strategic input on pricing, service packages, and promotional offers based on market analysis.
- Support the management in developing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market penetration while enhancing student satisfaction.
- Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, continually testing and refining strategies for optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agents, media outlets, and strategic partners.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, offering actionable insights based on campaign analytics and sales data.
- Monitor key marketing metrics such as advertising conversion rates, adjusting strategies to ensure alignment with business development goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
