Following a period of sustained growth we are now seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve our business goals. You will be responsible for managing various digital channels, analysing data to optimise campaigns with the goal of maximising our leads generated for our Financial Planners.

Key Deliverables will not be limited to:

- Create and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across all our businesses
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using various analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals.
- Familiarity with brainstorming and implementing various marketing strategies to increase lead generation and using digital marketing trends to grow business outreach.
- Create systems and processes that will enable future team members and colleagues to excel in their roles.
- Improve ROI and revenue growth through identifying efficient use of ad spend.

You will already have:

- Proven track record of building high-performing campaigns with verifiable return on ad spend.
- Digital strategy and execution experience centred around lead generation, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications will be highly regarded
- the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - and keep cool whilst doing so.
