We are a well-established and fast-growing bookkeeping firm located in South West Sydney - Ingleburn, dedicated to providing professional and reliable bookkeeping services to a diverse range of small to medium-sized businesses. Our team values accuracy, integrity, and building strong client relationships.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Accoutant / Bookkeeper to join our supportive and dynamic team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for a portfolio of clients across various industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • BAS and IAS preparation and lodgment
  • Payroll processing and superannuation compliance
  • Month-end and year-end reporting
  • Liaise with clients, accountants, and the ATO
  • Maintain accurate records in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks with 2+ years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Cert IV or higher in Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred)
