As a **Maintenance Supervisor** based in **Ingleburn, NSW**, you will manage the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, manufacturing equipment and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, machines, paint product production lines, and overall facility appearance.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery.
- Plan and execute for existing/new equipment continuous improvements.
- Prepare budgets and secure estimates and cost quotes.
- Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements and update the maintenance register.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.
- Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations.
- Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency.
- Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers.
- Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Manage repair and maintenance of all manufacturing and test equipment.
- Perform risk assessment of all equipment and develop strategies to minimize overall downtime and safety risks to an acceptable level.
- Implement and maintain a robust spare parts inventory.
- Oversee Document control/management, auditing, reporting, and corrective action processes within facilities/maintenance areas.
- Conduct internal audits, System failure analysis, and subsequent procedure development.
- Recommend improvements to address system shortcomings.

**Qualifications**
- Engineering degree or relevant trade qualification.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and contractor management.
- Supervisory experience.
