The Account Manager, Export is responsible for driving profitable and sustained growth of targeted 80's accounts across the pacific islands through the development and leverage of key relationships/accounts and the execution and delivery of strategic account plans.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Profitably grow revenue/market share with targeted accounts within pacific islands
- Leverages analytical skills to understand current state, identify opportunities/gaps and how to work together with internal/external stakeholders to execute
- Uses 80/20 to develop and implement individual joint strategic account plans to achieve targets including sales, market share, range expansion and training support.
- Maintain an intimate understanding of the market including size, competitors, products (value proposition), terminology, ensure alignment of sales plans Schedule and conduct regular business/account reviews with key stakeholders to ensure strategic account plans are on track.
- Develop strong and effective multi-tiered relationships.
- Maintain product and market knowledge regarding competitors, market share, sales promotion and CBI opportunities.
- Commitment to and active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standards and ITW Business Model.

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Background in sales, hardware industry preferred but not essential
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
- Intermediate skills in MS Office to source quantitative and qualitive data
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic understanding of workings of tools
