We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant person to join our **Customer Service** team on permanent basis in our **Ingleburn Branch.** Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 11pm ( Day or Afternoon Shift when required). The position will report to the Customer Service Manager. **Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**: - Upholding Supagas' superior Customer Service Policy - Handling customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner from the onset to the finalisation - Providing customers with product, service and procedural information in a clear and simple format, always ensuring accuracy - Supporting internal and external sales with new and prospective customers - Maintain existing Supagas accounts with utmost professionalism - Answering high volume of incoming calls, placing orders and redirecting calls as required **Key Skills and Experience**: - Previous experience in a customer service role - Excellent interpersonal, communications and dispute resolution skills - Intermediate computer skills - Excellent, professional telephone manner - Ability to multi-task and prioritize your work load - Attention to detail - A professional approach and positive attitude towards your work and team mates - Ability to work to deadline **Benefits** - A friendly and supportive team environment - Company rewards program - Full time, Monday to Friday, Day shift Most importantly at Supagas we value **attitude **above all else.
