About the role:
Due to our current workload, we are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contractor Administrator to join our team in Newcastle. This position plays a critical role in managing contract and ensuring smooth operations across our clients and contractor network. As a Contract Administrator, you will work directly with the Director focusing on the administration management of the whole processes involved in contractual and financial of the sale. Communication and co-ordination with clients, suppliers and contractors, will be a major part of this role.
The role requires you to take part in the management and communication with the Client, Subcontractors, suppliers and director. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
· Administering contracts in accordance with approved Contract Management Plans and procedures and updating contract details to maintain the integrity of contract information.
· Proactively identifying and managing contract risks to meet the organisation's obligation and achieve planned contract outcomes.
· Managing variations, progress of work, and payment schedules
· Developing, reviewing and maintaining standardised contract templates and operational processes
· Negotiating, reviewing and updating existing contract terms with internal and external business partners.
· Explaining contract terms and conditions to related parties to ensure understanding and compliance with company standards.
· Supporting service delivery to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance are met.
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and registers.
· Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
· Ensure all cleaning contracts are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
· Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining proper documentation for all cleaning activities.
· Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
What we're looking for
· Hold relevant qualifications in project / accurate and up-to-date contract management or business administration.
· Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and risk management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· A positive and driven personality
· Broad residential and commercial understanding
· Knowledge of ZenMaid and Xero platform

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: AUD 76,515 per year, plus superannuation
