The Role

As a Contract Administrator at North Building, you'll play a pivotal role in managing projects from contract signing through to completion. You'll work closely with our Construction Manager, Project Managers, and Site Managers to ensure smooth project delivery, accurate reporting, and exceptional client outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex, custom residential projects and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, and manage residential construction contracts.

  • Draft and process variations, extensions of time, and progress claims via Procore.

  • Track budgets and costs, prepare weekly and monthly cost reports, and assist with financial forecasting.

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to manage letting schedules and ensure trade packages and materials are delivered on time.

  • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.

  • Support project programming and reporting to ensure milestones are met.


About You

  • 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator in residential construction.

  • Experience working on high-end, architecturally designed homes preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and compliance.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Confident communicator with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

  • Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and related construction software.

  • Passionate about quality, sustainability, and delivering exceptional projects.

  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
