Estimator / Contract Administrator – Partition & Tiling (Training Provided)

We are a Sydney-based construction company specialising in partitions and tiling. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator/Contract Administrator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the construction industry. While previous estimating experience is welcome, it is not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.

About the Role:

  • Preparing estimates and quotations for partition and tiling projects
  • Assisting with contract administration and project documentation
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Supporting the project team to ensure jobs run smoothly
  • Learning industry-specific software and processes (training provided)

What We're Looking For:

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to communicate in english (Chinese speaking preferred)
  • A construction license would be highly regarded but not essential
  • Positive attitude and team player
