About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee contract management activities, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that projects and services are delivered according to company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage contractual agreements related to clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external contract terms and company policies.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and senior staff to coordinate documentation and maintain progress on ongoing projects.
  • Handle correspondence and documentation related to contract variations, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Monitor contract performance, prepare status updates, and report progress to management.
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting associated with ongoing contracts.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues in the contract management process.
  • Oversee administrative documentation for new projects, suppliers, and services.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical contract records to ensure audit readiness.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration or a related position.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, compliance requirements, and documentation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
