About the Opportunity

Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of scheduled work, administration tasks and customer service.

Nature of position: Casual, Part-time

Location: Mayfield West

Reporting Line: Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for:

- Assisting to book exchange works as advised by scheduling staff.
- Dealing with customers and customer complaints.
- Liaising with field based and office-based employees.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping of customer interactions.
- General office duties and assisting in office administration.

About You

In addition to the above, we require an individual with:

- Customer service experience in a service or trade-based industry.
- General administration experience.
- Sound computer skills.
