The Role

We're looking for a motivated Telephone Debt Collection Specialist to join our Blacktown team. You'll play a key role in resolving customer accounts with empathy and professionalism, while working in a collaborative, team-focused environment. For the right candidate, this role also offers a pathway to a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) position, with leadership opportunities available as you grow with the business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls with professionalism and care
  • Negotiate fair and effective payment solutions
  • Stay calm and adaptable in challenging situations
  • Contribute to team goals and support colleagues
  • Show initiative and leadership potential towards a 2IC role

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and committed to long-term employment (18 months minimum)
  • Available for at least 30 hours per week (preference for more)
  • Must finish at 5:00pm Monday–Friday and work both Mondays & Fridays (minimum 5-hour shifts)
  • Able to start at 8:30am when required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to take feedback
  • Additional languages are highly regarded
  • Must work on-site in Blacktown
