**The Role**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Handle customer calls with professionalism and care
- Negotiate fair and effective payment solutions
- Stay calm and adaptable in challenging situations
- Contribute to team goals and support colleagues
- Show initiative and leadership potential towards a 2IC role

**What We’re Looking For**
- Reliable and committed to long-term employment (18 months minimum)
- Available for at least **30 hours per week** (preference for more)
- **Must finish at 5:00pm Monday-Friday** and work both **Mondays & Fridays** (minimum 5-hour shifts)
- Able to start at **8:30am when required**:

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to take feedback
- Additional languages are highly regarded
- Must work **on-site in Blacktown**

Pay: $31.00 - $32.12 per hour
