**The Role**

As a **Telephone Debt Collection Specialist**, you’ll play a vital role in resolving customer accounts while working within a **supportive, team-driven** environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Handling customer interactions with **empathy, professionalism, and patience** to find effective solutions
- Managing emotional and high-pressure situations with **quick thinking and adaptability**:

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals
- Negotiating **payment plans** with customers to resolve outstanding debts

**What We’re Looking For**

This role requires commitment and reliability. To be eligible, you must:
Work a **minimum of 3 shifts per week** _(Note: We are closed on public holidays and weekends.)_
Be available for **at least 24 hours per week -**preference for this who can work more hours
Finish at **5 pm Monday-Friday** if required
Start at **8:30 am Monday-Friday**, if required
Work **Mondays** _(minimum 5-hour shift)_ and *_Fridays until 5 pm_ _(minimum 5-hour shift)_
Commit to **at least 18 months in this role - or longer**
Work **on-site in Blacktown** _(3/45 Fourth Avenue, Blacktown)_
