**About the Role**

As Collection Team Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading a team of collection officers to meet performance targets and compliance standards
- Coaching and mentoring staff to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency
- Overseeing daily workflows, rostering, and reporting
- Ensuring adherence to privacy, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members
- Driving a culture of accountability, empathy, and excellence
