Team Leader – Collections

Are you ready to step up and lead? Commercial Credit Services is seeking a driven and experienced Leader to guide and inspire our high-performing collections team in Blacktown.

This is more than just a leadership role—it's your chance to take ownership, shape team culture, and drive results. If you've worked in debt collection and have either formal leadership experience or have acted as a 2IC, this could be your next big move.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of collection agents to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture
  • Monitor daily performance and provide feedback, support, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies and improve processes
  • Own the role—bring your ideas, drive change, and take the team where it needs to be

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in debt collection
  • Leadership or 2IC experience, with a desire to step into a formal leadership role
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to lead by example
  • Commitment to compliance, professionalism, and continuous improvement
