**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Speaking with customers to resolve outstanding accounts
- Using your emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive conversations
- Negotiating payment arrangements and offering solutions
- Updating account notes and following compliance protocols
- Working toward individual and team targets with support and coaching

- A clear, engaging phone manner that builds trust
- Quick thinking and confidence under pressure
- Customer service or sales experience (collections a bonus)

**Shifts Available (Immediate Start)**

We’ve got multiple roles to suit different lifestyles:

- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (24 hours)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8:30am - 5:00pm (24 hours)
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:30am - 5:00pm (24 hours)
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm (22.50 hours)
- Monday to Friday 1:00pm - 5:00pm (20 hours)
